Yeah, the airport in Tulum is exciting, according to the government they plan to have 4 million passengers a year, and Cancun airport just broke the record last month of 30 million passengers in 2022.

The little time I had with him I cherish and he is intensely missed every day.My primary career has been managing various claims from habitability to slip and fall (personal and commercial) workers comp to dog bite and private passenger auto/trucking with attorney involvement, so I’m not shy nor am I intimidated by these life sucking vampires, lol.

There are so many ways to make it happen in real estate and for one reason or another I got in few years ago when a Lyft passenger gave me this advice.

That is like driving drunk in a car and then moving over to the passenger seat and leaving the drivers seat empty hoping nothing happens.

Women and elderly people have been the targets while walking on the sidewalk during the daytime and women get car windows smashed while in the car at stoplight, gas station or parking lot while the criminal takes the purse/laptop bag on the passenger seat. 

Its almost like saying if i purchased say qty of 5 regular passenger cars, I should be able to go to the DMV and register them as a single bus or something...

I encourage you to get involved, ask questions, be open to feedback, and allow other seasoned investors to help guide you along your journey of Real Estate Investing.I'd also check out local REIA meetings, this can be a great place to get to know other investors in your area and network with people.One other recommendation... do a JV with a seasoned investor so you can jump in the passenger seat to see how it's done first hand.
