Also,  in regards to negotiating a deal,  I want my first offer to be low enough to allow room to negotiate up to my desired price,  but I don't want to be so low as to cause offence, how much give is there when negotiating?

We removed the small 4 ft section of fence and had a 6 ft fence installed. 

What kind of fences do other houses have in the neighborhood?

My couple of fence guys said they don't want to deal with it so it leaves me with the question is there a company out there that will handle getting a fence permit for me for both of these properties?  

Here's the issue/question: I feel like I'm leaving a lot of money just sitting in this land.Does anyone know about the possibility or legality of fencing off a 1/4 to 1/2 acre of the land and putting a mobile home/ tiny home for rental use? 

I had about 100 feet of fence taken down and  about 40 feet reinstalled in a different location on the lot (tying in to the fence at the back of the property) for a few hundred bucks last year.

@Frankie Betancourt Buying a property as owner occupied and then renting out right way is mortgage fraud, a federal offence.

Bad tenants always take offence, even though they know my system beforehand, and will dig in.
