J Scott I think what Deano Vulcano means is an OLD cast iron or galvanized pipe (2-3" in dia.).

For me they took off a row of wood siding and then drilled a 3" dia hole in the sheathing.

However they wanted top dollar for the properties and healthy down payments to ink the deal.I looked at a deal that had the potential for seller financing in Aurora right near DIA where three condos were listed for $330k.

Many of the ski areas offer mountain biking where you ride the lift up and ride (or maybe fall) down.There are shuttles from DIA up to some mountain towns. 

But at this time it seems hard to imagine that these places, that offer so much opportunity, access to transportation (through DIA) and incredible mountain vacationing and lifestyles are going to become less popular over the next few decades.

The main reason for cutting the trees was one large one (6' diameter) that had branches about (1 1/2' in dia) growing over our home.
