Even I the non-attorney would have a rather easy time getting the people of, say Pacific Palisades together to state in mass that E.D. here not only does NOT do "public good" but inversely does HARM. 

I thought in texas its a state that does not publicly show what a proeprty sold for, I would ignore it. 

However, it's important to keep swimming even when the current is against you.

Make sure they know you plan to publicly point out to the local newspapers, Mayor's Office, and anyone who will be campaigning against them, just how stupid and lazy they are. 

States that are non-disclosure don't have as much public information and Zillow doesn't have access to non-public info for their analytics.

As for Alexandria specifically in terms of regulations don't take advice from a public forum - look up the laws yourself and make sure you understand them.
