You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

If you determine that the numbers look good, make sure to check other sites to see if the comparable property is on multiple sites that may add to the numbers.  

From a tax perspective, sole proprietorship and LLC are more or less the same.
