With an MBA under her belt, she has successfully worked with investors, builders/developers, buyers & sellers.

Why I want to get my license is because I am interested in Real estate is due to the fact I like helping others find there dream home whilst moving around to different areas and I would like to invest into a rental property.I really plan on going to college to get MBA to help me move further.

During my sport career I did an MBA and after finishing my career I transitioned into real estate investing.

In all three of these scenarios, the perpetrators are very aware that their victims are unsophisticated and target them due to their lack of sophistication, just as the syndicators do - someone with an MBA/finance degree, who works in real estate finance, who understands risk, and who understands there is no such thing as easy money does not reach out to the syndicators.
