Prices except for a few exceptions where someone was selling below market because they "were getting out of Dodge" and moving back to the Maritimes.

Even if We know that Bayou City is facing the oil slump very hardly, but there niche and part of the town that still performing well because are occupied by different types of professionals figure that are working in sector like maritime transport, medical, manufacturing and distribution.My suggestion is to study the market, contact a local agent, read the news, and then make your decision based on real number and real prospective and area development.Once again, depending everything on what Submarket your are going to focus.

Hi there, I'm fairly new to this market of the maritimes, and I wish I knew more about it.

The maritime museum is pretty neat with the Flagship Niagara (war of 1812) on which you can take a ride or be a crew member in the summer in between semesters.  

He'll be going to Cal Maritime for 4 years, located in Vallejo, CA.

Im Canadian (maritimes) so a special 'shout out' to canadians for advice - even though the principles are universal. 

They don’t poll mom n pop landlords obviously.We still reference the CMHC / Stats Can data, but find it is more generalized and less accurate than it use to be ... particularly in the Maritimes. 

That's not to say there are not opportunities in other parts of Ontario, PQ, the Maritimes, or flatland, but patience is what is needed most.An alternative is to invest in the U.S.A as there are areas where you can get much more bang-for-your-buck.
