If you can do one successfully I could imagine you could do two, but do you have the resources financial and time/manpower to operate two deals at once. 

Most judges prefer that you look on the manpower website (military website) and input the tenants' names AND social security numbers, and get something saying that your tenants are not in the military.

The amount of man power it takes to properly coordinate renno/maintenance requests coupled with the fact that our vendors give us discounts, makes me ok with it.  

City/county governments don't have that kind of manpower. 

I think everyone is rooting for Detroit to succeed as a city.. but your right when I was doing bizz there Wayne county was about as dysfunctional as could be.. 200 rehabs since the first of the year is something.. thats averaging 40 a month.. that would take a monster man power operation thats for sure. 

In my mind it seems like it would be hard to coordinate furniture and appliance delivery as it may require a special vehicle and/or extra manpower to take something up 70+ stairs.

Understaffed governments don't have the manpower to look for these problems.

A lot of manpower is lost.As we approach our busy section 8 season (for us April - July) I am looking for better ways (more affordable and efficient options to the investors bottom line) to plan for and execute the workload which may include hiring someone that has section 8 experience to handle our CHA inspections(and associated maintenance work) or a company that we can outsource when the weeks get slammed with inspections. 

Reason being is servicing on the backed costs the lender same amount of money and man power to service a 1M loan as it does for a 100k loan.

This is a very unusual mood for me to introduce myself, but I've been hitting too many walls and seeing deals fly by without enough manpower or systems in place to catch them in time.
