I actually just ran into a HUGE issue with a private blog I manage (not a Carrot website) where it was infected with Malware and my hosting provider gave me 3 warnings and shut down my account.

I've seen the damage done to businesses and frustration expressed by individuals that have been affected by malware.

Many of those free themes come with viruses and malware and/or insert their own ads all over the place.  

Set up a folder for each deal you do and only share that folder with the specific person you need to.If you want to send secure email, you again have to trust that the person on the other end isn't letting their eight year old install malware on their business laptop (true story) so that it gets infected and all your files get shared with hackers in another country.  

We later searched to find warnings about the mal-ware on line.  

@Mark Fink- not legit  ...also be careful of what you click on as malware / ransomware is  out there ...regular bank issued loans are close to this  rate for a  30 yr fixed loan  but   100% financing  is normally  avaiable  via a VA loan / USDA  loan  and some unique  first time buyer loans 

Two observations:1) No one likes to download strange apps on their phones due to malware concerns2) Check out the syndication: if they aren't on Zillow & Hotpads, they aren't getting enough eyeballs.

Will there be any malware scans on docs / files before they are uploaded into the file vault?

Outside of real estate I work professionally within the Cyber Security realm and find fairly entertaining when dealing with malware or plain old email based scams :)
