As a follow up I look at it also as the person who busted there but for 30 years never did much now has plenty of discretionary income but they are at that age were any number of health maladies could strike them...

Docs and nurses don't judge HOW people became afflicted with whatever malady forced them to seek medical care. 

It aids us in our malady, but similar to the man drinking arsenic we need to not find causation where there is none.
