So I’d like to hear your strategies on the best ways (safer ways?)

Okay, I have not heard of this strategy but I had an idea.

As someone who has invested in literally everything you could possibly invest in…there is ALWAYS risk, and I did not feel like Tardis adequately explained worst case scenario.

To make the strategy successful, you need to find a property that can be acquired below market value.
