I plan on mailing the letter certified and I wanted to know do landlords also call the tenant as a courtesy to let them know about the letter. 

“Broker” is a legal term that often requires standardized coursework and a state license. 

Hi @Justin Snead, I would say just make sure wherever you take the pre-licensing class is IDFPR approved. 

If it can't be sold off market, then technically a licensed agent should list it on the MLS and disclose that it doesn't have legal access.

Would it be a good idea to get a real estate license and work in real estate or are there other options to get in Missouri to get real estate experience without a license? 

This isn't 2011-2013 days but many people are stuck in that time period STILL.As I finish my licensing study, I'm very grateful I chose this route as opposed to being a one trick pony.Wholesalers did themselves in by their method of operating.
