Basically, it sounds like you just got your learner's permit to fly a small personal non-commercial plane, and instead, you went out and bought a fighter jet... 

I've never managed books for any kind of investor, but I'm a quick learner and excited by the possibility of getting my feet wet in the field of investing. 

(I'm a visual learner personally so I get it!)

I know that I'm a hands-on learner, so in order to feel 100% comfortable I need to just jump in & start, and just like anything else, it takes practice & consistency to learn, but I guess since REI is something that isn't as readily accepted or taught, the fear of it all just seems to be overwhelming sometimes.  

Big fan of everything music related: concerts, musicals, and of course karaoke lol.I'm quite new in this amazing and exciting world but also a quick learner, so if there's any way that this newbie can bring value to anyone's adventure, I'm more than willing to help.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I follow the IG's for fun, but keep it free)*Find a good mentor (preferably a seasoned investor - not an agent, or someone that needs the hope of a transactional sale to share advice)*Buy a deal only if and when it makes senseI think 2024 is a great time to be on the sideline and a LEARNER.

We work hard and smart, are quick learners, quick to take action, and follow-through, but he needs to assure we won't lose the investment money-that he will train us well and provide access to good notes.
