Also, the whole SubTo model is a bit icky and can often get messy from what I've seen.

Preforeclosure's best model is "going down with the ship". 

If you do the math the pyramid business model is mathematically flawed.

I've seen people tell bald-faced lies about so many things... to the point where my default mode is almost always to want to verify any and everything said around me. 

This has been the most successful model I have seen in real estate.This goes 100% against every guru and investor the past 5 years of get rich quick of buy, rehab, rent and refinance with little money - that video game is out of order so the gurus need to reinvest themselves and they are trying with seller financing and zero down.

Investors only receive a share of the income you actually generate, you will not owe a fixed repayment block.Difference here is that this model is for owners who either don’t want to take on more debt, can’t qualify for the financing they need, or have little time.At best, this is word games. 

I suggest having smart TVs and let them log into their own accounts, preferably with a guest mode so they auto-log out after a certain number of days.For catering to families, I would concentrate on providing amenities like puzzles and games. 

I started back when they were in Beta mode and free so I've seen them grow quite a bit.

Their business model is interesting and has a couple different exits strategies when getting a property under contract.
