There is a lawsuit from a company that invested in a deal with someone on BP (not this group) who ironically changed the name of their company after multiple failed deals) that is suing the GP and people personally for negligence because the sponsor did not do what they said they were going to do.

All they cared about was why it took me over a week to respond to their "invoice" (it turns out that it was quote but they don't seem to know the difference between an invoice and a quote or pay any attention to detail).Ironically, my current tenant was one found by ReadyREI for another client of theirs.
