I dont want to sound insensitive but it is a concern and I am hoping to get others opinions.

In sensitive areas, why not present your ID plus your driver's license?

Add to that after his campaign event, he called some DJ rapper joking around on the radio...while the ambassador and others bodies were still being brutalized, and the embassy was still burning, how totally insensitive!

We used to call them 'goofy" but that's insensitive.

Luckily, there wasn't a mess (not trying to be insensitive).

People working in sensitive areas of the federal govt cannot get blemishes so they'll be good tenants.

Not to be insensitive, but is the $750k/year asking price beyond what you're able to afford today because of the lack of a down payment that could be solved via seller financing? 

Our biggest problem with an individual PM was when the PM had personal issues -- family problems, illness, to a lesser extent, vacations  -- while I know it is insensitive to say so, our properties were quickly bottom of priority list (likely rightly so when someone is dealing with a severe family illness), but their assistants could not send payment, only the licensed PM can handle funds, so I did not get payment for quite a while even though the tenants were paying rents on time.
