I will be relocating from the East Coast to the Denver area in the next few months and am interested in house hacking or BRRRR-ing in this area.

I'm BRRRR-ing in the general OKC metro area, but a recent deal I did in NW OKC was a $64k purchase, $22k rehab, appraised for $130,000 and is renting for $1,300/month.  

Also its too early to fix a place for your business, but keeping your options open is definitely something you should do. you may end up doing Real estate investing Vs Agent-ing in future and digitally. so you could potentially endup doing it all over usa.

So that's a tough market to BRRR.I have been BRRR-ing in Milwaukee for over a decade and we still do, however the model has changed.
