Hey @Divine Nasikpo,If you have limited cash or assets, there are still ways to start earning in real estate:Wholesaling: While there are mixed opinions, wholesaling can be done with minimal money.

Avoid mixing relationships and business.

It takes 2-3 years to get it off the ground and adding investing in the mix would be too much.

Garage: Mix of attached/detached/no garageWhat we found in our urban core is smaller homes are selling at massive premiums and also the urban adjacent nature of it pushes prices as well.

I can’t afford the $5/unit tier so maybe their support is better but our definitely sucks and definitely shows their internal teams are not on the same page, resulting in mixed messages constantly, sub par support and honestly a lot of gaslighting.
