I'm just not seeing any strategy that can offset to any significant degree, the depreciating nature of either asset.  

I've done a lot of wraps and subtos and highly prefer the seller-finance strategy for a lot of reasons, including offering the opportunity of homeownership to those otherwise rejected by traditional banks.

It allows you to rent out your property for additional income or use it as a seasonal getaway to enjoy the vibrant beauty of Mexico.

Since my current strategy is BRRRR, I'm looking for a location where I can implement it successfully within my budget.I’d prefer to target the best neighborhoods or subdivisions I can afford, ideally with favorable eviction laws and other key factors.That said, I started wondering if there might be a better strategy to achieve my goals.

I understand that at my age, focusing on properties with strong equity growth potential (even if cash flow isn't immediate) is a solid strategy.

@Jaedon StoutBRRRR Strategy - This works well when buying properties below market value and rehabbing them to increase equity.
