Since they're responsible for the property, they’re selective about who they take on, but I can refer you to them.

We use Zillow applications to pre-select and run a full background check on mysmartmove only with the final candidate.

My only real estate experience is purchasing my own home, so I'm navigating a lot of new territory when it comes to financing, property selection, and management. 

It was a great crash course on the basics of a RAL business from location, staffing, patient selection, and branding.

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.
