I've been searching myself for 2 years now and have yet to find one good cold calling company, I've even tried to hire off upwork directly.

This is the structure we were looking at which is more of a subsidiary structure and this applies to raw land development: 📌 Structuring Plan1️⃣ Set up a QOF to raise capital from investors.2️⃣ Create a QOZB to handle hotel & parking development (each separate land parcels).3️⃣ QOF owns the land & funds QOZB for development.4️⃣ Raise capital through QOF equity, bank loans, or JV partners.5️⃣ Develop the projects & operate for 10+ years for tax-free gains.

Now the job is almost done and management company is asking me for work compensation and insurance say I have un-authorized job done.  

Need a title company in Atlanta-hopefully in Midtown or Buckhead but flexible. 

Using an IUL does some interesting things once funded.

I have asked the property management company to coordinate with the neighbor since the tree was neglected and he is liable. 

I am currently looking for the best title companies to work with when it comes to wholesaling.

I used the excess funds to add an ADU via a build-to-suit exchange.

I haven't used this company but have heard great things.
