The best defense against rats entering your property is to seal off all entry points (holes, cracks in walls), remove food sources (dirty dishes, food left in trash cans), and water sources (like leaks). 

You can collect payment directly through airbnb or collect it through your payment processor (mine is Stripe) on your direct booking website. 

The flyer you linked is about food safety rules by the Department of Agriculture and states they only allow true service animals in food establishments.

Coffee shops, fast food, subscriptions, even consider what groceries you buy.

Any special process or just fell them and skid them to a landing deck them then haul them off ?
