It's amazing that there is so much misinformation floating around.

I always asked first, and never had a landlord refuse.It drove me nuts that I had no idea how many copies of the keys to my current front door were floating around in the world.

The most common answer, especially in recent times, is highly levered, floating rate debt.This is not the only answer, by any means. 

We see lower LTVs and a drift away from MF properties all together. 

However, if it was a floating LVP floor, you should be able to relay the same flooring since water wouldn't damage the LVP flooring and you already have pieces cut to fit. 

It has worked out for me, but I'm wondering if anyone else has another person they trust that I can float other, similar tasks to?  

I do fixed lease options, declining lease options, and floating lease options.

When I hear something costs $700/mo. all I picture is 3 rental properties floating away, into the sunset....
