The #1 reason that Landlords fail, according to the American Apartment Owners' Association, is the landlord's failure to manage to the lease.

In the current form, I am constantly dealing with AutoCorrect failures when entering text on a mobile browser or tablet, inability to tag members, and quoting errors on text. 

Ask yourself: do I really have the knowledge of real estate principles, real estate law and real estate finance; the network of contacts; the experience both in business in general and real estate in particular; the time available; and the analytical ability to compete against FULL TIME EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS to be successful in a field where the failure rate is so astronomically high?

I see a failure rate of 90% plus in some of these programs, as defined by the “student” not meeting their goals and expectations.  

It is a 30M fund on the verge of failure.
