once you have an idea of who the players are, just start going to meetups and trying to get in front of them, they may be interested in some apprentice type help but be too busy to advertise or look and you asking is exactly what they needed!

This is a competitive sellers market at the moment with a lot of players working the MLS, you can get some nice base hits here and there, but I don't know of anyone that's hit a homerun buying on the market lately.

I know of at least two big players in the lending space who have begun asking for a higher rate if you had in a sec 8 / HAP leases.

And further I commend BP for having someone who is NOT all centered around real estate on a POD cast.. sure is better than marching Clayton MOrris out on stage.. and enabling him to get to so many BP members.. ( although to be fair to BP they had no clue he was not what he said he was).And maybe there is some jealousy around the paid for trainers as well..
