If you can come in and operate effectively I think you'll find success rather quickly due to that.BTW - for a property management platform I would highly recommend Buildium.

Hey everyone, I just finished developing a detailed guide on how to read and dispute appraisal reports effectively, and honestly, I’m amazed at how often small errors can significantly undervalue a property.

Does anyone have experience doing this, and know how to go about it?

Also, if a few hundred dollars in draw fees will make your deal go sideways, it may not be the best deal for you, especially as you are just getting started.I'm happy to share my experience as an investor and a mortgage broker.
