There isn't a lot of context right here but if you have a 30% equity position let's say that 300k can do a lot for you. you can build single family homes in my market in columbus ohio in perpetuity cash and make 10x what you make from owning real estate. real estate is a get rich slow strategy by owning I'd get more active and start a syndication. there are way better ways to earn 6 or 7 figures in this industry. don't listen to anyone who is behind you.

So, the length is not really predictable...but there are unique options that will give you more control over this, like Cantor Fitzgerald has some 721's , and then there is a secondary market that Inland Capital has..I think it is them..
