Only thing to worry about is how many dineros you have in your wallet.

That will take months, you’ll get push back and probably legal challenges- sure you will eventually prevail, but legal bills delays w/o collecting rent, etc. will cost some significant $dinero$.

But always interview and vet the brokers of any firm before hanging your license, most try to make you believe that you're the lucky one for signing with them, when essentially they make mucho dinero off of your work.

Flipping is short term income and unless you come into this game with mucho dinero then flipping can be used as income that then is deployed as investment.

Your monthly output could/should be the same.On the other hand though, why do flips when you make your kind of dinero?

I am thinking of rolling the origination fee of 14k into the loanFees rolled into the loan will cost me over the life of the loan more mullah/dinero.......
