Wholesalers network and post deals there most of the time.

Marginal deal at best.

If this is your first deal, it's probably best to get a lawyer to make sure you're doing everything properly.

If you don’t mind a little more advice…when I’m running projections like this, I like to use the worst case scenario and if the numbers don’t work out in that scenario, I usually pass on the deal.

So are you saying the Mortgage One deal would be the way to go? 

A good deal is different to everyone.
