Right now, I’m considering a few areas:Fredericksburg, VARichmond, VAOxon Hill, MDGermantown, MDFor those of you who have experience investing in any of these spots, what’s the vibe like?

I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well.

Go to local meetups, search these forums for people that have mentioned that they do private lending and attend other RE events.I agree with Tim, spot on. 

This is a solid spot to connect with folks.

The sweet spot for us is sub 400k and we are looking mostly in NH, central MA and possibly RI for deals.  

CT spots like Bridgeport and New Haven also pop up a lot in conversations about good starter markets.

He gave me the owner's number (Jeff) and I called him on the spot, hoping to be able to offer my services to help him find and sell more homes in the neighborhood.

You can advertise on Airbnb that it is a great spot for weddings.
