No window air conditioners or freezers are ever included in the lease. 

You can use bat insulation or spray foam, which has the added benefit of giving you an air-tight seal and also keeps the bugs out. 

Almost nobody in the Upper Peninsula has air conditioning though so maybe can save money on just doing a new furnace and not a full HVAC, we'll see.  

The local economy is anchored by institutions such as the University of New Mexico (UNM), Sandia National Laboratories, and Kirtland Air Force Base.

The property has forced air furnace in one unit, two boilers heat the other four units. 

And also being next to a base Im thinking about short term renting, or Air BNB How did you finance this deal?
