Since I separated from my beloved Corpse I have not found satisfaction in any other career fields besides my first love, wealth creation and financial independence.

Be glad it’s not feces ,used condoms or having to remove a corpse .

Now his corpse is taking a ride downtown to meet the coroner.We, as real estate investors, DO have a swagger about us that's unmatched by most others.

The tenant might be a corpse at this point-right?

little off subject.. but we have a rehabber house in the mid west.. that we sent a wholesaler to look at.I did not know there was a basement.. they found it and what did they find down there but a corpse.. long dead.. they called the cops.. cops or coroner has never contacted me so I suppose they just removed the remains.I will send the next wholesaler who contacts me over there for a price.. they can be good bird dogs.. 

I just had a wholesaler who went through one of mine and they found a CORPSE in the basement..

BP is littered with the corpses of out-of-town investors, but there are plenty of success stories as well. 

There were also several corpses in the 4 inches of black dirt on the floor of the fireplace.
