I have enjoyed Stessa's interface but unfortunately it is useless to me if I have constant bank connection issues. 

I have always enjoyed real estate and currently manage my own rental.

Also tell them that they are in violation of the lease as it should include a statement about other tenants having a right to peaceful enjoyment of their unit and they are in violation of that. 

There is a wealth of knowledge on this site and I hope you enjoy it.

I enjoy the book - it gives a great overview of the STR world and specific details on how to get started.
