*** RANT ALERT ***G'Day everyone, Since this thread has garnered a lot of comments and attention from investors looking to invest with our company, I thought I should compose a post and set the tone on a few things that have been really pissing me off.Over the last 5 years I have witnessed countless investors buy just ONE property from our company (Or other companies) and then complain about not being rich or achieving financial freedom.

Consulting" was legal verbiage as we couldn't state a "deposit" for some reason. This was a while back when composed and for the purpose of investors having skin in the game before they get me burning rubber with pitching deals, answering questions, etc...Plus, if I don't like someone I don't have to sell and just refund the $5,000 "consulting" fee (Happens 9 times out of 10) 🤷‍♂️As you know, our operation is boutique as we prefer it that way and I "touch" all investors personallyAnd even prior to that step we have tweaked and tweaked our investor on-boarding process. How to pre-qualify leads via POF, auto-responders, VA's reaching out with email questionnaire's, FAQ's via our website and so forth.A rigorous process to ensure both the investor criteria and our model are clear for all...I mean it took years and years to develop, adapt, change, etc...But I guess that ain't clear enough either for some 🙈

We did not need help in deciding what our investment niche would be; we needed help in creating and implementing a tax strategy plan for a married couple composed of a high-income earner and a real estate agent and business owner.A few weeks after paying the $25k, we set up our first meeting with our assigned CPA and started the so-called “advanced tax courses” provided, which are generic modules that only vaguely introduce financial concepts, topics, and terminology.
