I appreciate the condo board’s efforts as a unit in a predominantly o/o complex is worth more to other o/o buyers, but it has to limit my buyers.  

Keep in mind of the I/O(payments/period) and game plan on how fast you'd like to pay it down. 

And there are even more carriers who would insure co-living rental w/o owner-occupied - for example Obie.

Its enough to find out whether what they own fits what you want o you know whether you want to pursue them or not.

Aslo, he pointed house is 36.2, which will be o.2 ft over the line considered 7ft setback on each side on the 50ft wide lot if relocate the house. 0.2ft will be just setback violation which can be easy resolved with city.
