Hey @Johanna Abanes - I would start by getting in touch with local rehab clinics/hostels and let them know what you're thinking, they will be able to better guide you than anyone on this platform (most likely) 

Krys is a midwife and we established a birthing clinic where she has overseen the delivery of almost 30,000 babies; the majority of which have been charity cases we fund from a business we set up that sustains the operational budget.My definition of tithing isn’t limited to writing a check. 

Does anyone have any connections in the Cleveland Ohio (specifically around the Cleveland Clinic) area with regards to realtors, contractors and management companies? 

We operate a small retail business out of commercial space in the building with the 4 residential units, which pays me a W2 salary and my wife has a part time W2 job at a vet clinic. 

From the little I've learned, it seems like it needs to be hospitals with a high need to bring on more staff/nurses but I'm not sure if local clinics would have that much of a need.

Biggest challenge is to network to build relationships with rehab facilities, detox centers, IOP/PHP clinics.

The Carle Clinic is one of the only level 1 trauma center hospitals in the state outside of Chicago metro, the university is a great furnished tenant source, and Champaign county is 1 of the only counties in IL that is growing in population. 

We own a specialized chiropractic clinic in the Park West area.  

I have a standalone former drive thru bank that is now a vet clinic. 

I'm about to buy and remodel a property 1 mile from a Mayo Clinic.
