I’ve looked at BeyondPricing and PriceLabs trials and really don’t like to rates they provide.

In addition to what was said above, for the software that has a free trial option, sign up for it and use the software for a day (or at least a few hours) as if you are using it for real, then call their customer support too and get a feel for that. 

That's correct, I spend $140 per month on QBO ($90 for one LLC, and $50 for the other) plus my bookkeeper that averages about $500-$600 per month.Great idea, and yes I would do a trial for a few months using both.
