Is the price calculated by the client alone, is the client taking the expert advise from the agent and doing all the homework?

In Tampa here as well.That is a question for your asset protection attorney, but most of our borrowers/clients in FL have LLCs.

The BP function allowing you to check references and actually talk to real clients of those QIs is a great advantage.

I've read the qualifying criteria multiple times and have already notified my CPA who has done it multiple times for their clients previously.
