The increasing barrier to entry results in fewer new STR's coming available for sale, but also fewer options for guests to rent. 

Buying RE is nothing like buying index funds or stocks - Google it for 15 minutes, click on buy shares.

I personally am not investing at the moment. 

I would protect myself and cut my losses so I was not looking over my shoulder or getting high blood pressure every time I heard a knock on the door (hoping it is not the FBI showing up to ask you some questions). 

@Raiyan KhanYou can search these forums for vendor recommendations but you can also join a real estate investment club in the area you want to invest and get the same info.

@Paul Choate sends out the 'invite' each month so you can follow him, or try setting up a keyword with 'OKC' or 'Oklahoma' and it will pop up in your feed.
