So to spend less than a grand to shelter 6 or 7 is something to ponder.I've been struck by the chronological - market cycle thinking of the group on this question until I re-read your first post and looked at the contributor list to this question.  

I custom built my house and even after having an air tight contract, I had to fight with them (and give in a bit) to get a contract release so that I could convert my construction loan to a permanent loan.Would need to understand your situation and chronology to understand where you stand.Did you have a direct contract with each contractor?

I would really appreciate any advice or critique as my main concern was the chronological structuring and also if anyone knew the time table of refinancing a FHA loan even after repairs) If anyone experienced has any insight to refining this plan, I greatly appreciate it!

this site kind of explains things, but I am not exactly sure what exactly the blueprint is for the process in chronological order (because I have to do things for the State, County, and the City altogether):Do I apply for the Transaction Privilege Sales Tax license first with the State, and then register the short term rental with Maricopa County after that, and then finally submit the property's contact information to the City??

On forums I like to go through chronologically.

Then I downloaded all those episodes, about 60 total, and I'm going in chronological order. 

I'm 36 years old, single, and renting...My experience in the industry in reverse chronological order:I have been working as a designer and project manager here in Wilmington NC for two years for a very small company. 

Contractor license numbers are issued chronologically...so the lower the number the longer they've been in business.
