I've been in a dozen CRMs, and they all have weaknesses and strengths. 

I am always fully transparent and the owner in that situation is a long standing business associate that knows my character, experiences and background, strengths and weaknesses included.

My though is the weak agents are going to get lost in the shuffle. 

It is a weakness, but a noble one.

In many cases, whatever weakness got them in that position (lack of focus, lack of drive, failure to take responsibility for their destiny, etc.) will also make it difficult for them to succeed in real estate. 

All lenders have strengths and weaknesses, staying close to them is the only way to learn what each of those are.

In the real world, most companies with stock prices that drop down that low are more likely to go completely bust, and whatever you invested will just be lost.Regardless of the game's weaknesses, I think overall it was valuable learning experience.

This has the obvious weakness of the unknown nature of future cap rates, but that's really the heart of your question here.Estimating future cap rate is part art, part science. 

Lots of growth but cash flow is a little weak after the first couple years you buy properties.
