Wipe up any drips that get onto the back side of the door.I have seen at the store, but not used, "chalkboard paint" - it's supposed to make a surface you can write on with chalk.

The future tenants really liked the unique finishes like the pallet wood and coffee-sack walls, sliding barn door and a chalkboard wall.

I guess to me personally to raise 1 million and have hundreds of investors  just seems like dragging your nails across a chalk board.. at least as it relates to real estate deals.

When I hear a relative speaking with a scarcity mindset it’s like nails on a chalkboard at first, but then I just tune it out.Another comment was made that’s a good one: I now have my “old friends/relatives” and “real estate friends”.

Prop 2 = a old stone one room schoolhouse that is actually 2 stories, 3 bdrm, approx 1,500 sq ft, full new roof, structure solidified, mostly cleaned up inside but also a full gut from floor, walls, ceiling, some parts only framed out, a few elegant details in place like the original slate chalkboard & a circular staircase (surely not original ofc, but nice).

Investing is common sense and the numbers do not have to be difficult to understand with crazy chalkboard formulas.
