I am new to the industry and have jumped into the deep end but I am ready to learn, network, and be of a valuable resource.What are some key pointers (that can be shared) that I should focus on when doing cold calls/ emails/ drop ins and letting each broker/lender/agents/business know that I am not here to sell you ANYTHING?

The agent listing the home has only done one deal.

I imagine this is a similar model to Redfin's associate agent program that pays by hour/tour.

If I get my sales agent license, I will need a broker sponsor.

Pretty standard and we've definitely done it in the past with a lot of real estate agents we work with that invest. 

I am in Florida and not many agents that I have met do that.
