This isn’t always the case in more sparsely populated areas, where vacancy periods can be longer, affecting cash flow.

Maryland is an interesting case in that legislation has been introduced each of the last 3 years....but with the short legislative calendar from a part time legislature, its been hard to push things forward.

It is a national disgrace that nothing has been done on behalf of the victims.Clinton, and the institutions involved, should have been co-defendants in a criminal case in Federal Court. 

I believe the point of contention with many who were on the OP's case in the older thread was his unwillingness to disclose his role in the promoted projects in his BiggerPockets profile.

In your case and my case in the example sited the insurance rose higher than could reasonably be forecast.  

We normally meet on the third Monday of the month but that will not be the case in April as that is the Tax filing deadline of April 15th..

It's a way to leverage with little down payment (none in your case) in an appreciating market 

Just a case in point, the tiny apartment I live in (800 square feet) the mortgage payment is about 4000 per month, and the typical rent for such a place would probably be somewhere between 1500 to 2000 per month.

We have a published case in Wisconsin now, where the landlord had to pay back ALL of the rent (yes, all of it, going back to when the tenant moved in!)
