I find myself riding express lanes down interstate 5 to take advantage of carpool which is NOT why I bought my bike.

Hello Bigger pocket I Have 3 bedroom and 1 bath SF with Attached garage, I feel that there is not need for that garage because it barley fit a compact small car. at the same time  building a  car pool on the top of the drive way will fit the propose of parking  ( pretty common in my market)currently I live in the house but this house eventually will be for rent. so I decided to turn it into extra room and add extra bathroom. the question: what is the best use for this garage  Plus Bathroom?

Saturday's are best for me, maybe late morning coffee and then we'll car pool it around the 'hood?
