When I get up in the morning and workout, be it an hour lifting weights, a brisk jog, some form of cardio, yoga, swimming...whatever, I've found a direct correlation to my actual ability to create success in my life.

I offer them a guest pass to our rec center, which allows them the ability to shower but also gives them access to the entire facility (swimming, weights, cardio, basketball, racquetball, etc.).

In Gym if I do cardio machine for an hour some idiot who is sick with regular cold or even Covid could go on machine next to me and I am stuck with trying to finish work out or worrying they are infecting me with the virus.Gyms before Covid were pretty much worthless that were inline spaces.

I usually do the elliptical for cardio an hour at a time for a 900 calorie burn and 6.0 miles and 10,000 strides incline 10 resistance 9.I also train in the martial arts for over a decade and also the last few years have been doing Krav Maga.

It says a lot that people talk about their mistakes and are so helpful to their "competition".I already found an REI club in New Orleans that i will be attending and i will definitely look into the clubs in Baton Rouge and other areas.I saw someone else post about the podcast to another newbie and that is what i'll be listening to while i'm doing cardio at the gym, driving 5hrs to and from Nola until i move in May, and anywhere i drive, for that matter.Thanks again!
