If I put that language in my lease and then tell my tenants that they need to attach a canister to the leg of a carrier pigeon with a money order attached do you really think that's going to fly?

I have been told there is a sump pump unit that sits in canister type set up that can be set on floor and could solve the washer issue (another cost).
