Most of the BP guests are pushing a course or book or something, so they appear on the podcast and then disappear instead of hanging out in the forums to help others.

The rental season in Boston is definitely slower now so hang right or make some price adjustments, I'm sure the right tenant will come!

Often times someone passes their NMLS test, hangs their license, does a few Fannie/Freddie deals, then tries to get into investor lending.

Personally, I would hang on to the cash.  

However, I would like to hang my license with a broker who can teach and mentor me.
