There are plenty of fish in the sea AKA tenants to choose from. 

not an expert at this.. but the few times i have rented STR I don't even look at reviewsI rent by price.. as its usually for a fishing trip and I just want a bed bathroom and close to the lake or river LOl could care less about a review. 

The big fish has local market presence from years of being in the business but no one else is doing anything on socials.

Right  now  there is one @auction.com that is going to start bidding in North side of Lake Okeechobee give it a look'  I'm looking at it too I think it would make a great medium income Mobile Home Park for retirees who want to go fishing in Lake Okeechobee. 

Willing to exhaust all options as this is a big fish. 

I would also consider being a bigger fish in a smaller pond.

-  we use various sources (Web, Facebook, click funnels, etc. to fill up the PONDS for our investors and wholesales to fish from.).

I’m not the biggest fish in the sea but I’m doing it fairly well with 8 buildings and 31 units.

Beautiful beaches and weather, with great fishing and local food.
