Go to events and talk to people actively working in the business and they are usually happy to discuss their routines, habits, and rituals to be successful.

I admit this may have just been some dumb superstition ritual, but it worked so I kept at it until it didnt. 

I  had a ritual where I would randomly choose one un-suspecting friend around town, and drop the beers off on their porch.

Also I'd like to find out daily/weekly rituals investors do as far as how many homes they analyze and offers they make in a week to achieve their goals.

Morning or Nighttime ritual?

(I really just got lazy with it and stopped playing competitively, and okay I had moved on to casual leagues where drinking was the pre-game ritual....that's when I decided outfield was safe and fun. ha)I don't invest in CA at all.
